Specifications

  • Install all components, as per drawings, specifications and to the requirements of local building codes, and plumbing codes.
  • All material to be C.S.A. approved.
  • Supply own tools and equipment necessary to complete all work.
  • Arrange necessary inspections. Layout locations of fixtures, taps and drains on site with owner.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate delivery of all materials.
  • Arrange for service layout and connect service with local utility.
  • Repair any damage incurred from installations.
  • Install separate shut offs to all locations for both hot and cold potable water supply.
  • Obtain and pay for required permits.
