  • Install all electrical components, as per drawings, specifications and to the requirements of local building codes, and electrical codes.
  • All material to be C.S.A. approved.
  • Supply own tools and equipment necessary to complete all work.
  • Arrange necessary inspections.
  • Layout locations of receptacles, switches, light fixtures, appliances and special circuits on site with owner.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate delivery of all materials.
  • Supply heat loss if installing heating system, to owner.
  • Arrange for service layout and connect service with local utility.
  • Obtain and pay for required permits.
