Mr. Duncan holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Light Industry Technical Institute in Romania and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts and a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers. Mr. Duncan is an active faculty member and fire protection lecturer at Northeastern University’s Center for Continuing Education.
